- STRONG Nation™ is a high-intensity workout that combines interval training, plyometrics, and cardio for a full body workout.
Wednesday
- Time: 7:30 p.m.

- Join the party with the addition of resistance by using Zumba Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
Thursday

A full Body workout
Zumba blends the energetic movements of Latin beats and aerobics. Whether you are just learning to dance or are an experienced dancer, everyone is welcomed! You’ll experience a dynamic workout that engages your entire body, burn calories and destress in a fun and welcoming environment.
Strength
For those looking for some strength training we offer Zumba Toning (with light dumbbells) and STRONG Nation® combining body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to Zumba music. Check our our schedule!
